Paul J Todd, PMP

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Paul has significant exposure to portfolio, program and project management, and SDLC processes. His detailed industry exposure includes supply chain logistics, web publishing and content management systems, digital advertising, web search tools, transportation, warehousing, retail, education, and life insurance sectors. His portfolio includes in depth exposure to large, multi-tier, multi-project programs, with budgets ranging between $5M to $10M per annum, and timelines over multiple years, generating in excess of $250 Million in revenues. Paul has been involved in Transformation Management and Organizational Change Management process development and implementation for over 15 years.

Paul's experiences have involved the research and development of IT systems development and project management processes, implementing these as business process reimplementation strategies at both employers and clients. Success in completing these strategic objectives has gained significant efficiencies in manpower, and provided strong reductions in development costs for clients, while still retaining product throughput and continuous quality improvement.

Paul's objectives with the Project Management Association of Canada include bringing as much exposure to Canadian PM practitioners, paradigms and experts, while obtaining as much value and personal development opportunities for PMAC-AMPC members as possible.
